WheyLand ships to:

We do not currently ship to the Canary Islands.

• Orders placed before 13:00 (weekdays) will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 13:00 will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery times begin to be calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which will be notified by email with a tracking number.

Public holidays and non-working days

On national holidays and local holidays corresponding to Morón de la Frontera, as well as on days when transport companies reduce or stop their services, no shipments or collections will be made.

Orders placed during these periods will be processed starting from the next business day.

Additional considerations

• Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM will be delivered starting on Monday.
• Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM will be shipped on Monday and delivered from Tuesday onwards.
• During promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday), deadlines may be slightly extended.
• In the event of a temporary stock shortage, the customer will be informed.

The minimum amount for free shipping is calculated on the final total after applying discounts, coupons or promotions.

If, after applying a discount, the amount remains below the established minimum, the corresponding shipping costs will be added.

• Deliveries are made during business hours.
• You can indicate a preferred time slot without absolute guarantee.
• It is mandatory to provide a national telephone number from the destination country.
• The customer must verify that the shipping details are correct.

If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect data, repeated absence or inability to contact, the customer will assume the costs of reshipment or return.

The shipping costs shown correspond exclusively to transportation and do not include duties, import taxes, administrative fees or expenses derived from customs clearance.

WheyLand is not responsible for these costs or delays resulting from customs procedures.

The client is responsible for:

• Find out about the applicable costs in your country.
• Verify that the product can be imported.
• Meet the required administrative requirements.

If a shipment is held up due to reasons attributable to the customer (non-payment of fees, insufficient documentation, refusal to accept the shipment, import restrictions, etc.), it will be the customer's sole responsibility to carry out the necessary procedures.

If the customer does not carry out these procedures within a reasonable period, the shipment may:

• To be returned to the sender, with the resulting costs being passed on to them.
• To be abandoned or destroyed in accordance with the regulations of the destination country, without right to reimbursement.

WheyLand may deduct from the amount paid the costs arising from transport, return, storage or administrative management.

WheyLand will not be liable for delays or inability to deliver due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, labor disputes, logistical incidents, government restrictions, natural disasters, health emergencies or international conflicts.

In such cases, delivery deadlines will be considered extended as long as the cause persists.

International delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of an exact date.

Delays resulting from customs processes, border controls or carrier incidents will not generate the right to additional compensation or indemnity, except in the cases legally provided for.

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Due to the nature of our products (food supplements and ingestibles), returns will only be accepted when:

• The product is unopened.
• With the seal intact.
• In perfect condition.
• In its original packaging.

In accordance with Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, returns of unsealed products will not be accepted for hygiene or health reasons.

No returns will be accepted for:

• Open products.
• Handled products.
• Packs with some open products.
• Promotions partially refunded.
• Promotional gifts not returned (their value will be deducted).

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except in cases of error attributable to WheyLand or manufacturing defect.

The refund will be made within a maximum of 7–14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the merchandise.

It will be done using the same payment method used for the purchase.

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations.
