Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

2. Conditions for Accepting Returns

Due to the nature of our products (food supplements and ingestible products), returns will only be accepted when:

  • The product is unopened.
  • The seal is intact.
  • It is in perfect condition.
  • It is in its original packaging.

In accordance with Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, returns of unsealed products for hygiene or health reasons will not be accepted.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened products.
  • Manipulated products.
  • Packs containing any opened product.
  • Partially returned promotions.
  • Promotional gifts not returned (their value will be deducted).

3. Return Costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the error is attributable to Wheyland® or there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within a maximum period of 7–14 calendar days from receipt and verification of the merchandise.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

5. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a 3-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations.
