Shipping policy


1. Shipping Scope

Wheyland® ships to:

  • The entire national territory: Mainland Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
  • Portugal (Mainland).
  • International destinations available depending on logistics operations.

Currently, we do not ship to the Canary Islands.

P.O. Box deliveries are not available.


2. Shipping Companies

  • Spain and Portugal: GLS
  • International shipments: FedEx

3. Order Preparation and Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (working days) will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the next working day.

Delivery times start counting from the moment the order leaves our warehouse, which will be notified via email with a tracking number.

Holidays and Non-Working Days

On national holidays, local holidays in Morón de la Frontera, and days when shipping companies reduce or halt services, no shipments or pickups will be made.

Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next business day.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Mainland (Spain and Portugal)

Estimated delivery: 24–48 working hours.

For certain destinations, due to geographic location or logistics circumstances, delivery time may extend by an additional 2–3 working days.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

Estimated delivery: 48–96 working hours.

For certain destinations, due to geographic location or logistics circumstances, delivery time may extend by an additional 2–3 working days.

International Shipments

International delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and logistics circumstances.

Additional Considerations

  • Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM will be delivered starting Monday.
  • Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM will be shipped Monday and delivered starting Tuesday.
  • During promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday), delivery times may be slightly extended.
  • In case of temporary stock shortages, the customer will be notified.

International Shipping

Free Shipping Calculation

The minimum amount for free shipping is calculated on the final total after applying discounts, coupons, or promotions.

If after applying a discount the amount falls below the minimum, the corresponding shipping costs will be added.


6. General Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made during business hours.
  • Preferred delivery times can be indicated without absolute guarantee.
  • A national phone number of the destination country must be provided.
  • The customer must verify that the shipping information is correct.

If delivery cannot be made due to incorrect information, repeated absence, or impossibility of contact, the customer will assume the cost of reshipping or return.

7. Customs Fees and Taxes

The shipping costs shown correspond exclusively to transportation and do not include tariffs, import taxes, administrative fees, or costs derived from customs clearance.

Wheyland® is not responsible for these costs or for delays caused by customs procedures.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Checking applicable costs in their country.
  • Verifying that the product can be imported.
  • Complying with required administrative procedures.

8. Retention, Refusal, or Abandonment in Customs

If a shipment is held for reasons attributable to the customer (unpaid fees, insufficient documentation, refusal to accept the shipment, import restrictions, etc.), it is the customer's sole responsibility to carry out the necessary procedures.

If after a reasonable period the customer does not take these actions, the shipment may:

  • Be returned to the sender, with the resulting costs charged.
  • Be abandoned or destroyed according to the destination country’s regulations, without right to refund.

Wheyland® may deduct from the paid amount any costs related to transportation, return, storage, or administrative handling.


9. Force Majeure in Transportation

Wheyland® is not responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery due to causes beyond reasonable control, including strikes, labor conflicts, logistics issues, government restrictions, natural disasters, health emergencies, or international conflicts.

In such cases, delivery times will be extended while the cause persists.


10. Limitation of Liability for International Delays

International delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual guarantee of exact dates.

Delays caused by customs processes, border controls, or carrier incidents do not give the right to additional compensation, except as legally provided.
